Digital radio is the use of digital technology to transmit or receive across the radio spectrum. Digital transmission by radio waves includes digital broadcasting, and especially digital audio radio services. This should not be confused with Internet radio which also is digital but not transmitted by radio waves in the radio spectrum. Broadcast standards Digital audio radio service standards may provide terrestrial or satellite radio service. Digital radio broadcasting systems are typically designed for handheld mobile devices, like mobile-TV systems and unlike other digital TV systems which typically require a fixed directional antenna. Some digital radio systems provide in-band on-channel (IBOC) solutions that may coexist with or simulcast with analog AM or FM transmissions, while others are designed for designated radio frequency bands. The latter allows one wideband radio signal to carry a multiplex of several radio-channels of various bitrates as well as data services and other forms of media. Quelles préparations dois-je effectuer avant d’installer Windows ?

Avant de commencer, effectuez les opérations suivantes pour gagner du temps et éviter les problèmes au cours de l’installation.

Mettez votre antivirus à jour, exécutez-le, puis désactivez-le. Une fois que vous avez installé Windows, n’oubliez pas de réactiver l’antivirus ou d’en installer un nouveau qui est compatible avec Windows 7.
Sauvegardez vos fichiers. Vous pouvez sauvegarder les fichiers sur un disque dur externe, un DVD ou un CD, ou un dossier réseau. Pour plus d’informations sur la sauvegarde de vos fichiers, recherchez « sauvegarde » dans Aide et support.
Connectez-vous à Internet. Vérifiez que votre connexion Internet fonctionne pour pouvoir obtenir les mises à jour d’installation les plus récentes. Dois-je procéder à une mise à niveau ou effectuer une installation personnalisée ?

Si votre version actuelle de Windows peut être mise à niveau, choisissez Mettre à niveau pour conserver vos fichiers, paramètres et programmes de cette version. Il s’agit de l’option la plus simple. Si votre version de Windows ne peut pas être mise à niveau, vous devez choisir Personnaliser.

Choisissez Personnaliser pour remplacer complètement votre système d’exploitation actuel ou pour installer Windows sur un lecteur ou une partition spécifique que vous sélectionnez. Vous pouvez également utiliser l’option Personnaliser si votre ordinateur n’a pas de système d’exploitation ou si vous souhaitez configurer un système à démarrage multiple sur votre ordinateur. Avertissements

Une installation personnalisée supprime vos programmes et vos paramètres. En outre, si vous décidez de supprimer ou formater une partition qui contient une version de Windows, toutes les données que contient la partition, y compris les programmes, fichiers et paramètres, sont définitivement supprimés.

Cependant, s’il existe déjà une copie de Windows sur la partition que vous sélectionnez, et que vous ne formatez pas ou ne supprimez pas la partition, tous les fichiers utilisateur sont enregistrés dans le dossier Windows.old sur la partition, lequel est accessible une fois l’installation terminée. Une boîte de dialogue vous avertit lors d’une installation personnalisée si des fichiers sont enregistrés dans le dossier Windows.old.

Nous vous recommandons quand même de sauvegarder vos fichiers utilisateur avant d’effectuer une installation personnalisée. Par exemple, si vous avez des fichiers chiffrés, vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir y accéder après avoir installé Windows. Si vous avez sauvegardé vos fichiers utilisateur, puis les avez restaurés après l’installation de Windows, vous pouvez supprimer le dossier Windows.old à l’aide de l’outil Nettoyage de disque. Vous pouvez également utiliser l’option Personnaliser pour formater, étendre, créer ou supprimer des partitions. Pour effectuer des tâches de gestion des disques avancées comme celles-ci, vous devez démarrer l’ordinateur à l’aide du disque d’installation Windows. Ces types de tâches peuvent effacer toutes les données que contient le disque dur. Par conséquent, assurez-vous de sauvegarder tous les fichiers utilisateur que vous souhaitez conserver.

Puis-je désinstaller Windows 7 ?

Vous ne pouvez pas désinstaller Windows 7, mais vous pouvez réinstaller votre système d’exploitation précédent qui se substitue alors à Windows 7. Avertissement

L’installation de votre système d’exploitation précédent supprimera vos programmes, fichiers et paramètres. Vous devez donc sauvegarder tous les fichiers et paramètres que vous souhaitez conserver afin de pouvoir les restaurer à l’issue de l’installation. Vous devez réinstaller manuellement vos programmes lorsque l’installation est terminée.

Remarque

Si vous exécutez un système à démarrage multiple, vous pourrez supprimer ou reformater la partition Windows 7 en toute sécurité et récupérer l’espace correspondant afin de l’utiliser avec la version antérieure de Windows. Mes programmes fonctionneront-ils avec Windows 7 ?

La plupart des programmes développés pour Windows Vista fonctionnent aussi dans Windows 7, mais le fonctionnement de certains d’entre eux, plus anciens, peut se révéler défectueux, voire inexistant.
